Permitted Use: You are allowed to use the avatars generated with FaceFactory in your applications and designs.
Prohibited Use: You may not sell the avatars created with FaceFactory to third parties. Additionally, you are prohibited from using individual SVG components of the avatars for any commercial purposes outside of their use within the generated avatars.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of FaceFactory is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our service, you consent to our data practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
FaceFactory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the Czech Republic. The parties agree to bear their own costs and share the fees associated with arbitration equally.

9. User Conduct
You agree to use FaceFactory in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not:

- Engage in activities that could disrupt, disable, or harm our services, such as launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, distributing viruses, or using automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or interfere with the service.

- Use FaceFactory to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or other malicious activities.

If you are accessing FaceFactory from outside Czech Republic, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. FaceFactory makes no representations that the service is appropriate or available in other locations.
15. Figma Plugin Use
FaceFactory provides a Figma plugin to enhance your design workflow by allowing you to generate and import custom avatars directly into your Figma projects.
License and Use: You are granted a limited license to use the Figma plugin exclusively for creating and managing avatars within Figma, in conjunction with the FaceFactory service.
Integration and Responsibilities: The plugin integrates with Figma, and by using it, you allow FaceFactory to interact with your Figma files. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with Figma’s terms of service when using the plugin.
Prohibited Uses: You must not use the plugin in a way that violates Figma’s terms, nor attempt to alter or reverse-engineer the plugin’s code.
Updates and Support: The Figma plugin may be updated periodically, and FaceFactory may discontinue support at any time. The plugin is provided "as is" without guarantees.
Data Collection: Usage of the Figma plugin may result in the collection of data as detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is used to enhance our services.
